Within the Court of Beasts - INCOMPLETE PROTOTYPE

Kind or cruel, shackled or crowned, 
Scaled, leathery, feathered, or fleeced,
All manner of creature can be found
Within the Court of Beasts.

A wild place where soul, mind and body
Others will seek to change, to remold,
A place of terror and opportunity.

So come along, to the palace grounds,
And may you find that which you seek.
But stay alert, for treachery’s abound,
Within the Court of Beasts.

A transformative game of deduction,  deceit & dice set inside of a medieval court inhabited by a wide variety of anthropomorphic animals, playable with nothing more than the provided PDF, a standard deck of playing cards and 4 dice.

I've had this concept for a long time now, and figured with the 2024 TF Game jam, now was as good a time as any to work on it.

As of now, this project is extremely unfinished, and needs major work before it's in a state I'm happy with. Long-term, I'm hoping to eventually better the game's balance, rewrite and improve the writing for content already there and add new content, such as proper transformations for the 8s and an additional 3 Aces. For now, I am happy to have gotten something together for the TF Game Jam, and enjoyed my time working on it.
